Specification
Main Purpose of the Job:
The role LMS Administrator specialises LMS Administration

Key Performance Areas:
User regency, frequency, duration, virility, and rating
Pass rates, assignment scores, test results, and completion times
Time to Proficiency
Instructor/ facilitator Effectiveness
Add, maintain, and remove programs from the LMS and ensure this correlate with marketing product pages on WooCommerce and the Product Development Unit’s delivery.
Report LMS statistics with comprehension of Sales metrics
Requirements
Requirements Listing:
1.Data management skills, e.g. data migration, upload of new content, enrollments, assigning roles, LMS dashboard and navigations, as well as LMS software integrations and collaboration tools
2.Project management experience to liaise between teams, such as customer care (Customer service and Academic Support) development, to handle requests, track and report on LMS statistics
3.LMS technical trouble shooting, to solve software issues and configure the LMS to make the most of the system. Work with everyday requests and problems.
4.Interpersonal Skills to liaise horizontally with peers in teams related to LMS functionality and upward to managers for the reporting of performance statistics.
5.Analytical skills to assess performance from different angles to decide the best approach. Need to know how to allocate resources and assigning the correct team members to the task, based on their talents.
