MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
•Provide Leadership and direction to direct reports.
•Manage staff resources to ensure optimal staffing requirements.
•Ensure highly trained and motivated direct reports.
•Ensure bad debt targets are achieved by reducing bad debts provision and targeting late stage debtors.
•Accurate and timeous reports produced as per required deadlines.
•Develop and implement incentives and campus targets for collections.
•Application and adherence of group credit policies.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
1.Degree / Diploma in Credit Management
2.3-5 years in financial and collections management.
3.Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in MS Office especially MS Word and MS Excel.
