MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
•Supervision of collections clerks and ensure they are trained and working effectively and efficiently.
•Ensure Productivity Targets are achieved.
•Ensure Collection Targets are achieved

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
2.1 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
3.2 years’ experience in a call centre environment.
4.Intermediate computer literacy in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and Internet explorer.
